Within 10 working days of receipt, any unused product can be returned at your own expense for a refund. All products must be undamaged in their original packaging and include all relevant accessories. This right to return does not apply to panel systems, stainless steel or made-to-measure products. For information regarding how to return a product please see below.

Please note that no refunds or exchanges can be given on panel systems, stainless steel or made-to-measure products.

If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.

Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel any online order and receive a refund (including standard delivery charges) by Emailing (including order number, postcode and phone number) at any time before the product is dispatched. No refund of delivery charges will be made if the cancellation notice is received outside of this timeframe. For refunds on credit card payments, there will be a 2% processing fee.

How to Return a Product

If you wish to return a product after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the product at your own cost via courier.

We do not accept returns to our Head Office. For details on where to return the product, please Email with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will Email you back with a Returns Label containing the appropriate manufacturer’s address. Please be aware that when returning Delabie products, you will be required to send these directly to their factory in France at your own expense.


Refunds will be paid to the payment card used to place the order and will be made as soon as possible, usually no later than 10 working days after receipt of the returned products. We are permitted to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products which are due to the manner in which you have handled them.

Please note that if you cancel an order after the product has been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the product(s) at your own cost and within 10 working days of the cancellation of your order. An additional 25% re-stocking fee (minimum £10) will be applied to all returns to cover administration costs and charges incurred.

Missing Part, Faulty or Damaged Product

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is missing a part, faulty or damaged, we will send the missing part or exchange the product, as long as we are notified in writing within 2 working days of it being delivered to you. These terms are dictated by our supply chain and therefore we reserve the right to reject claims made outside of this timeframe.
